This guide is intended to deal with the majority of questions and queries that visitors to Ochilview are likely to have. This is not exhaustive and you are likely to have many more questions than we are able to include in this guide.
Below are a number of the questions that we are regularly asked about matchdays but, if neither of these nor the rest of the information contained in this guide is applicable, please feel free to call the office for further advice:
Q. What is the latest time I can get into the ground on a matchday?
The turnstiles close 10 minutes after kick-off.
Q. What times do the turnstiles open?
Turnstiles usually open 60 mins prior to kick-off.
Q. How old do I have to be to attend a fixture at the Ochilview on my own?
As a community club, we welcome children of all ages into the ground. However, any children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q. Can I pay by card inside the ground?
Food and drink in the Pie Hut can only be purchased using cash. The Wee Bar inside the ground will accept cash or card payments. The merchandise stall’s preference is cash payment, however, card payments can be used for bigger items.
Q. Are there disabled facilities?
We have designated disabled seating at the front of The Norway Stand. If you required disabled parking, please contact the club office.
Q. Am I allowed to take photos during the game?
Still photographs can be taken during the match. However, we do not permit fans to record video footage.
Q. Are there any halal or vegan food options in the ground?
We currently do not have any vegan or Halal food options in the stadium concourses. However the club is always sourcing new food opportunities which are representative of the dietary requirements of all visitors to Ochilview.
Q. Can I bring a flag or banner into the ground on matchday?
Of course, but we ask that no banner covers any partner adverts, pose a danger to any fans, players, staff or officials or disturb any other fans viewing experience.
Q. Is there a facility to get birthday or celebration messages announced?
Absolutely! Contact the club on our social media channels and we’ll sort it.
Q. Where can I buy a programme from on matchday?
The Warrior can be purchased on entry to the ground for a donation.
Q. Where can I collect pre-purchased tickets from?
If you have arranged a ticket with the club, you can collect them from the Main Reception. If you have purchased tickets using the FanBase App, you should simply show your QR Code at the turnstiles to gain entry to the stadium.
Q. Where can I buy home tickets from on matchday?
You can enter via the turnstiles paying cash. If you have no physical cash and need to pay by card, you will need to purchase a ticket using the FanBase App to allow you to enter through the turnstiles.
Q. Is there a Stenhousemuir app that I can upload tickets to and scan on my phone?
We don’t have our own app, but you can buy and view matchday tickets on the FanBase App where you’ll find everything you’ll need to know on Stenhousemuir Matchdays.
Q. Is there parking at the stadium?
Unfortunately, there are no supporter parking spaces at the stadium and any fans need to make use on street parking.
Q. Can I bring pyro or smoke bombs into the stadium?
Absolutely not. By bringing any of these items into the stadium, you are risking the safety of you, your fellow fans, players and officials. If you’re caught using any of these devices, you will be immediately ejected and banned from the stadium and police will be informed.
