The club is delighted to announce that Kelsey Ewen has agreed to join the Warriors for the 2024/ 2025 season.

He has signed a one contract with the club and is ready to kick on for the season ahead.

Kelsey began his career at Rangers Youth Academy before moving onto Edinburgh City Fc last season. He made 32 appearances in League 1 last season for the Citizens and is looking to maintain his impressive form for the Warriors.

Gary Naysmith shared his delight in signing Kelsey to the club website:

“I am delighted to announce Kelsey as our 2nd summer signing. Kelsey is an athletic full back who likes to get forward and is someone who is comfortable in possession of the ball which you would expect from someone who was brought through the Rangers Youth Academy.

He joins us from Edinburgh City where he played over 30 games last season despite still only being 19.

He is someone who we feel we can really develop, and I am looking forward to working with him next season.”

Warriors fans please get right behind Kelsey and welcome him to the club.

Gary Naysmith also gave an update on other player negotiations:

“We are still working hard to add one or two players to the squad, especially in the attacking areas of the pitch and hopefully we will be able to announce one or two more signings in the coming weeks.

We are still in talks with Matty Yates and his representatives and we will update everyone once we have any news regarding this situation.”
