Stenhousemuir FC were delighted to receive recognition in the Scottish Parliament from the MSP for Falkirk East, Michelle Thomson.
This recognition comes after the heroic effort from the 40+ volunteers who helped ensure our cinch League Two match versus Bonnyrigg Rose on the 3rd December went ahead, after heavy overnight snow within the local area and had put the match into serious doubt.
The club are pleased to see that 12 MSPs have, thus far, lodged their support for this motion put forward by Michelle Thomson.
We pride ourselves on community spirit, and we are grateful that our hard-working volunteers are receiving the recognition that they deserve. Their efforts were rewarded as we ran out 1-0 winners over Bonnyrigg Rose in the afternoon. You can read the match report here.
