Stenhousemuir Football Club is pleased to announce the re-signing of David Marsh on a deal until the end of the season.
Marsh recently left Cowdenbeath and gaffer McMenamin moved quickly to secure his services. Marsh was part of last years successful playoff winning season and will be available immediately for the club. The 28 year old centre back has amassed over 180 appearances for the club and is a well known figure at Ochilview.
Colin spoke about his 5th January signing;
‘With the recent injury to Morgyn Neill I felt it was important to bring in another experienced central defender with a really important run of fixtures coming up. We wanted someone we could trust and someone that could come in and start playing games right away so we are pleased to have signed Marsh. He had a few offers from other clubs so we had to work quickly to get this over the line. He will be in the squad for Saturday’
The club continues to pursue signing targets and we hope to bring in at least one more loan signing within the next week or 2.
