Stenhousemuir F.C. First Team Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist Required

Stenhousemuir F.C play in League 2 of the Scottish Football professional leagues.
Applications are sought for a part time physiotherapist/ sports therapist to join the club. The successful applicant will provide cover for all training sessions and matches undertaken by the first team. Training takes place at Ochilview Park, Stenhousemuir, and is generally a Tuesday and Thursday evening and matches are generally on Saturday’s. The role will include the following
- Responsible for diagnosing and treating injuries to players
- Responsible for overseeing treatments and rehab of players
- Responsible for supporting players with pre game physical preparation
- Monitor the injury history of players
- Monitor weight of players
- Report regularly to fist team manager on player status
Essential Criteria
Applicants must either be chartered physiotherapists or qualified sports therapists
Available to work Tuesday and Thursday evening and Saturday matches
Excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable Criteria
Worked within a performance sports environment previously
Understanding of athletic conditioning principles
Clean and full driving licence
