Thank you!

Stenhousemuir Football Club would like to thank everyone who contributed to make our recent Warriors Family Day such a success.

It has been estimated that over 1,000 people attended and shared in the fun and enjoyment of the day.

The Club would like to thank the team of people who organised the day.  It was the culmination of a number of months of planning and work.  In particular, Martin McNairney and Terry Bulloch along with Alastair Taylor at USB Events deserve special mention.  However, there were dozens of others who also helped as MC's, bar staff, stall holders, attraction attendants, table lifters, chair movers, leafleters, and dozens of other jobs too.  Thank you to each and every one of you.

The Club would also like to thank the many contributors and acts that entertained us including our singers, the dog display teams and of course particular thanks to PBW Wrestling for their superb show featuring the inimitable Grado.

Thanks also to all the stall holders and vendors that attended including the Army and Fire Brigade.  We'd also like to thank the local businesses that donated and sponsored, including our local branch of Clydesdale Bank, Stenhouse Taxis, and our principal sponsor ASDA Stenhousemuir.

And finally, thanks to everyone who attended and made the day such a success.  The fantastic crowd really made the event.

Gordon Thomson, Chairman of Stenhousemuir Football Club added,

"When it was decided to bring back our Family Day, we hoped that it would be well received by the local community.  Judging by the turnout on Saturday and the very positive comments received, it looks like it has been a great success.  It is now our intention to have this event annually and make it bigger and better each year.

"I'd like to add my own thanks to everyone who helped and supported the event in whatever capacity.  There was a real community feel to the event which reflects the strong community spirit within our Club.  Thank you once again to everyone who helped and attended."
