It is with great sadness the club has to announce the resignation of David Irons as Manager of Stenhousemuir FC.
Davie has had to stand down due to personal issues.

Davie took over as manager 18 months ago when the club was sitting at the bottom of the league and looked as if we were heading towards the 3rd Division. He managed to steer us to 2nd Division, safety winning the last game of the season against Peterhead.
Last season he guided the club to the highest position that it has attained in the last 12 years finishing 5th in the 2nd Division, only missing out on a 1st Division play-off spot on the last day of the season.
The club would like to thank Davie for the tireless work he did at the club, leaving us in a far stronger position than when he initially took over.
The club would like to wish David and his family all the best in the future and I’m sure our supporters would echo the clubs thanks.
