‘Take the Lead’
Employment Programme
In partnership with the Falkirk Council Employment Training Unit, Warriors in the Community are now delivering their 3rd intake of a Stage 2 Employability Programme at Stenhousemuir FC.
6 young adults aged from 16 – 18 years old are on our new programme that kicked off this Tuesday. The programme is delivered by Head of Community Football William Hoggan 3 days a week for 18 hours.
William said, “The group have been excellent this week and I’m really looking forward to working with them all over the next 12 weeks. The main aim is to build their communication skills, build their employability skills and work on things such as team building, their confidence and get them more ready for a work place environment.”
As part of the programme the group will also Volunteer at our Easter Holiday Camp Programme and plan an end of course event which will be run at the football club.
