Football Fans in Training (FFIT) is aimed at football supporters over 35 years old and with a waist size of at least 38 inches. It encourages men and women to not only lose weight but also have a healthier lifestyle and ultimately become fitter.
The 12 week FFIT programme is FREE and participants will also get a look behind the scenes at the club, get trained by Stenhousemuir FC coaches and maybe even bump into the 1st team players, manager or a Stenny legend.
The main aims of the FFIT programme are:-
-Increase knowledge of diet & nutrition
-Improve lifestyle choices
-Increase physical activity amongst participants
-Reduce weight and waist measurements
-Increase engagement in other physical activity
-Mens FFIT (Intake 3) starts on Thursday 25th February (6.30-8pm)
-Womens FFIT (Intake 1) starts on Thursday 3rd March (5.30-7pm)
