Job Vacancy:  Administrative Assistant

Warriors in the Community are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant on an initial 26 week contract for 30 hours per week.  The role will pay an hourly rate of £6.31 and the normal working hours are Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm.

The core duties of the Administrative Assistant will be:

• Database Management
• Filing
• Basic report writing
• Updating registers
• Cash handling
• Answering telephone calls and general enquiries
• Assisting in maxamising facility usage and facility management
