Warriors in the Community- Restart dates and key info
Mini Maroons
The Mini Maroons will restart on
Thursday 13th January- Carronvale
Friday 14th January- Carronvale
Saturday 15th January- Larbert High School (Gym Hall 1)**
** Please note the change of location for the Saturday classes only. All times will stay the same. Please enter via the community enterance at the school- Head towards the main reception for visitors but instead of going in the main doors simply go left down past the swimming pool to the double doors there. Turn right when you enter, then left through the doors and you will find the gym hall on your right hand side
‘Bring a friend month’- This can also act as a taster session. If you have any friends or relatives interested in their son/daughter joining the Mini Maroons please bring them along to any 2 sessions FREE of charge
IRN BRU bottle tops- Please remember we are still continuing to collect PLASTIC IRN BRU bottle tops. Any amount you can contribute would be great, simply hand them in at any session.
Young Maroons, Wednesday Maroons, Community Select players
Restart date
All Young Warriors from Young Maroons, Wednesday Maroons and Community Select teams are invited to attend Young Maroon day on Saturday 15th January to officially re-start the community programme in style. This will simply consist of tournament games on the main pitch at the following times;
5-8 years- 10-11.30am
9-13 years- 11.30am-1pm
IRN BRU- There will again be a prize for the Young Maroon who brings in the most plastic IRN BRU bottle tops. The prize is a 1 completely FREE session at the megazone for up to 10 children.
Community Select team players
Parents Evening and training restart
On Monday 17th January there will be a parents evening AND training will restart. While the players are training on the main pitch at Ochilview all parents are invited to attend a parents evening/forum which will be important for the following reasons- 1. To discuss how the first half of the season went 2. To look ahead to the second half of the season 3. To address any issues/problems Please see times below;
8’s, 9’s and 10’s- Training 5-6.30pm, Parents evening 5.30-6.30pm
11’s, 12’s and 3’s- Training 6.30-8pm, Parents evening 6.30-7.30pm
I would greatly appreciate if 1 or both parents for each player could attend

The FVFDA restarts in February, there will however be friendlies organised for the teams before then
