Senior Physiotherapist
Stenhousemuir Football Club are looking to recruit an experienced, committed, knowledgeable and highly motivated individual to undertake the role of Senior Physiotherapist within the Football Club.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting in the first instance to the 1st team Manager and the Director of Football, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading an integrated programme of medical support for all levels of the club, consistent with the playing philosophy of the 1st team Manager.
Working in conjunction with colleagues across the Performance Department you will work to ensure that players at all levels of the performance continuum are appropriately supported to optimise their performance in training and competition.
Qualifications and Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
- Degree in Physiotherapy or related discipline
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential)
- Experience of working in a professional football club multidisciplinary team at Academy, Development or 1st team level.
- Experience of athlete management with a detailed understanding of injury prevention and long-term player development.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Football Sports and Medicine Science best practice.
- Experience of strategic planning with evidence of vision and imagination

- Dynamic, hardworking and enthusiastic individual
- A genuine team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive decision maker
Location
- Training takes place at Ochilview, Stenhousemuir.
Hours of Work
- This is a part time post. The postholder will be required to attend training on a Tuesday and Thursday evening and attend all match day events.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting in the first instance to the 1st team Manager and the Director of Football, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading an integrated programme of performance analysis into the 1st team football environment
Qualifications and Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential)
- Experience of working in a professional football club multidisciplinary team at Academy, Development or 1st team level.
- Experience of working on various performance analysis platforms (Hudl, NacSport etc…)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Football Performance Analysis best practice.
- Experience of strategic planning with evidence of vision and imagination

Location
- Training takes place at Ochilview, Stenhousemuir.
Hours of Work
- This is a part time post. Training on a Tuesday and Thursday evening and matches are generally a Saturday (with some flexibility) – there may be scope for some of this role to be remote.
