A week later, Stenhousemuir travelled to Queen of the South, where Nicky Jamieson found the net in a 1-1 draw to secure a valuable point on the road.
Another away fixture followed, this time at Peterhead, where a dramatic late free kick from Ross Taylor in the 89th minute secured a 1-0 victory for the Warriors.
Returning to Ochilview, Stenny produced a strong performance in a 2-0 win over Kelty Hearts, with goals from Ross Taylor and Matty Aitken sealing all three points.
The month concluded with a 2-2 draw away to East Fife, after going ahead with goals from Gregor Buchanan and Michael Anderson. East Fife scored two goals in quick succession, however the team showed determination to not lose the game and ensured the Warriors picked up another point.
Across five matches in March, the Warriors recorded three victories and two draws, securing 11 points and continuing their strong league campaign.
Speaking after receiving the award, Gary Naysmith said: “I just want to say a thank you to my backroom staff and of course the players who have performed week in week out throughout the season to date, long may it continue.”
