Stenhousemuir FC is delighted to announce the signing of Finn Robson for the 2025/26 season!
The 22-year-old midfielder joins the club on a 1 year deal after impressing during our recent League Cup campaign as a trialist. With over 100 senior appearances under his belt and a strong footballing foundation from Dundee United’s youth academy, Finn brings composure, energy, and experience to our midfield.

Gary Naysmith said “I first spoke to Finn about the possibility of joining us at the start of June but for one reason or another the move didn’t happen. However, we kept in touch and Finn agreed to play for us as a trialist during our League Cup campaign.
I personally thought he was excellent in those games and I am delighted that we have now been able to agree a deal to bring Finn to the club for the coming season.
Finn is still only 22 but he has played over 100 games as well as the experience of coming through the Dundee United youth set up. He is a naturally fit boy who is very comfortable on the ball and I believe he will complement the other central midfielders we already have at the club. I am looking forward to working with him during the season ahead.”
Head of Football Operations Martin Christie commented “Finn has been on our radar for a while, having seen him for a long time at Forfar, and we felt he would be a good complement to the midfielders we currently have in the squad.
Having been in touch with Finn for a while about the possibility of joining, we were delighted when he agreed to come in as a trialist for the recent cup games, during which we felt he added value to the squad and performed very well.
At 22, he adds to the young core of the team that we are building and we look forward to seeing his progress in a Stenhousemuir shirt over the coming season.”
