Child Well-Being & Protection Officer
Stenhousemuir FC is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all young people involved in our club. As we continue to strengthen our safeguarding practices, a vacancy has now arisen for the important role of Child Well-Being & Protection Officer (CWPO).
This pivotal position will support and uphold our commitment to the protection and well-being of young people within our community. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our club operates in line with the highest standards of child protection and safeguarding.
Role Overview:
- Support and advise on child well-being and protection matters across the club.
- Ensure safeguarding policies are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Work closely with coaches, volunteers, and parents to foster a safe environment for all young participants.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
A comprehensive handover will be provided by our current CWPO to ensure a smooth transition.
