As we prepare for the 2025/26 season, we are pleased to provide a further update on our current squad status following meetings with players. The process has allowed us to confirm existing contracts, secure key renewals, and lay strong foundations for the season ahead.

Players Under Contract for 2025/26:

We are pleased to confirm that the following players remain under contract going into the new season:
Darren Jamieson, Curtis Lyle, Gregor Buchanan, Nicky Jamieson, Ross Meechan, Mikey Anderson, Scott McGill, Blair Alston, Euan O’Reilly, Ross Taylor, and Corey O’Donnell.

Contract Renewals – One-Year Extensions:

We are delighted to confirm that Kinlay Bilham and Kelsey Ewen, who were out of contract at the end of the 2024/25 season, have both agreed new one-year deals that will see them remain at the club through the 2025/26 season.

Contract Renewal – Two-Year Extension:

Matty Aitken has signed a new two-year contract, committing his future to the club until the end of the 2026/27 season.

Commenting on the contract updates, Head of Football Operations Martin Christie said:

Firstly, we are delighted to confirm the re-signing of Kinlay, Kelsey, and Matty. We feel all three players have great potential for further development and have demonstrated how important they can be to the squad.

Kinlay joined us two seasons ago from Ayr United and has shown excellent versatility, performing well at both left back and centre back. At 22, we believe he is at a great stage in his career to push on and have a standout season.

Kelsey arrived from Edinburgh City last year and really impressed us towards the end of the campaign. His athleticism has added a new dimension to the team, and at just 20, we’re confident he’ll continue progressing and become an even more valuable player this season.

Matty has been with us for two seasons now, and we truly saw his importance during his spell out through injury. His work rate, character, and quality make him a key figure for us moving forward, and we’re thrilled he has committed to the club for the next two years.”
