Title: Community Football Coordinator (Adult)
Location: Ochilview Park, Gladstone Road, Stenhousemuir, FK5 4QL
Reports to: Head of Charity
Hours: Part-time (9 hours per week)
Salary: £11 per hour (approx. £429 per month / £5148 per annum).

At Warriors in the Community – the charitable arm of Stenhousemuir Football Club – we are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and reliable person to join our small and dedicated team and drive our community programme forward.
Job Purpose
The Community Football Coordinator (CFC) will lead on all Adult Programme provision within a high-performing Community Football programme and must be able to act with integrity and a high-level of professionalism at all times. They will report directly to the Head of Charity and have overall responsibility for the administration, leadership and growth of our Adult Programmes. They will work closely with other Community Football Development staff and contribute positively to the wider working environment at Ochilview.
It is our expectation that our Adult Programme provision will grow with the right candidate in place.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver our Adult Programmes, including all coaching tasks, and administrative tasks such as keeping registers and data recording.
- Mens Walking Football (Monday 10am – 11am, Thursday 10am – 11am)
- Women’s Walking Football (Wednesday 7pm – 8pm)
- Stoneywood Care (Wednesday 1030am – 12pm)
- Mental Health Football (Friday 3pm – 4.30pm)
- Administration time (Flexible, 3 hours)
- Work closely with other Community Football Development staff to ensure ALL programmes and projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Be a role model in our Community by living the ethos and values of our Club and Foundation, and build strong, positive relationships with young people in our programmes.
- Positively promote ALL our Community Teams, programmes and projects.
Other Information
The CFC would have the opportunity, following discussion with Community Football Development Officers, to pick up additional coaching hours within our Community Football programmes. We run participation programmes during term-time and holiday periods for 500+ young people, from age 2+.

Experience | · Evidence of delivering grassroots football programmes for adults.
· Data recording – including registers – and providing information for impact reporting. · Oversight/understanding of working to and within a budget. · Knowledge of SFA Coach Education System.

· Experience of working in the Charity sector · Experience of partnership working and of building positive relationships with stakeholders. Experience of · dealing with individuals/ groups with challenging behaviour/ complexneeds

Education, Qualifications ns & Training | · Qualified to Degree level (any subject) OR HND sport-related/equivalent qualification ORsignificant relevant experience in a similar role.
· SFA 1.3 Coaching Youth/Adult Award.

· Scottish FA C Licence. |

Employment is conditional on the successful applicant undergoing reference and PVG checks, plus successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
