Soccer Centre Returns

SOCCER CENTRES
Stenhousemuir FC has pleasure in informing you of our next block of Soccer Centres classes.
As for previous blocks, classes will be held on Wednesdays,
5-8 year olds will run between 4pm-5pm and 9-13 year olds from 5pm-6pm.
The Blocks will run between the 2nd September and 7th October 2009.
The Block dates are as follows
BLOCK 1:- 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th September 2009 and 7th October 2009.

Information required.
Childs Name, Parent / Guardians Name, Address, Childs DOB, Contact number
and note of any Medical Conditions.
BLOCK FEE;- £15.00.
