GORDON LENNON

The club was shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of former player Gordon Lennon, pictured above with Dumbarton FC manager, Jim Chapman, who died at the weekend in a car crash. Gordon, as we know, was both gifted as a player and as an academic. However, above all he was a universally popular individual with his colleagues and supporters, his natural enthusiasm being infectious.
Our sympathies and condolences from everyone at the club go to Gordon's family and all at Dumbarton Football Club. A truly tragic event.
