David has been chairman for 4 years but has been a board member for 24 years. David is passionate about developing the club outwith the first team with a view to making the club a sustainable community hub.
"For me the football club must be seen as the heart of the community and it is our task to prove our worth in that role."
Martin is a lifelong Warrior and works closely with David in his role as Vice-Chairman. Martin is very much hands on in his various roles at the club, dealing with both the community officer and the ground staff. Martin also heads up the ground maintenance team. Not much happens at the club without Martin's knowledge!
"I have enjoyed a number of roles at the club and I totally appreciate the amount of voluntary help I have had from the support in every one of them - the club could not function without them."
Terry has been on the board for close on 30 years with 10 of them as chairman. Terry has taken on the role of General Manager as well as overseeing the very successful Goldline Lottery. Along with Martin, he carries out all things maintenance at the ground.

Bill has taken on the role of Finance Director and, as an accountant, has the unenviable task of overseeing the finances of the club. This is a constant and indeed increasing duty as the club evolves - Bill keeps the wolves from the door!
"I firmly believe that the club is on a better financial footing than at any time before and our various initiatives are beginning to bear fruit."
Gordon has a long history with the club over and above his 20 years on the board. Gordon was Finance Director for several years during the 90’s and is very aware of how important income generation is to our club. His father was the president for 25 years.
"Our club needs to maximise the income from its commercial ventures and I am active in pursuing revenue streams along with my fellow Directors."
Mike is a former chairman of the club and now provides much needed business views on various elements of our organisation. A self professed football novice, Mike claims he now understands offside!! He could explain that to the rest of us!
"I have been a Director for 9 years and the club is very much part of my life. I enjoyed my years as chairman helping through a rocky period and am more than happy to assist and apply myself where and when I am required."
Dave is a further link on the board to our fans, on this occasion to our many far flung supporters, as Dave resides in Chesterfield. Dave is the link to Warriors Abroad, our supporters club set up specifically to cater for our many supporters who do not stay locally.

In her role as Club Secretary, Margaret makes everything run smoothly. She is generally the first point of contact either by phone or when calling in person. If there is anything you require at the club, Margaret is the one to ask. Margaret is the Stenhousemuir FC Safety Officer and liaises with the Police Authorities and co-ordinates with the other safety organisations that are required to be in attendance at our home matches. Above all that she keeps everyone including the Directors in their place as well.
"I am usually the first person anyone sees as they open the door to the club and we try our best to be as friendly and hospitable as we can - that's the way our club operates."
